1.Agreement to Terms and Conditions

The User must agree to these Terms of Use and use the Service in accordance with the provisions of these Terms of Use.
If the User is a minor, the User must obtain the consent of a legal representative such as a person with parental authority before using the Service.

2.Applicability

These Terms of Use shall apply to all relationships between the User and our team regarding the use of the Service.
In addition to these Terms of Use, the Team may establish various rules and regulations regarding the use of the Service (hereinafter referred to as "Individual Regulations"). In addition to these Terms of Use, the Team may also establish rules for the use of the Service ("Individual Rules"). 4. Provision of this service

6.Prohibitions

In using the Service, the User shall not engage in any of the following acts

Acts in violation of laws, court judgments, decisions or orders, or legally binding administrative measures
Actions related to criminal acts
Infringing the copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property rights, honor rights, privacy rights, or any other legal or contractual rights of our team or any third party
Any action that destroys or interferes with the functionality of the server or network of our team, other users, or any third party
Making unreasonable inquiries or demands of our team, such as repeating similar questions more than necessary, or otherwise interfering with or disrupting the operation of this service by our team or the use of this service by other users
Any unauthorized access or attempt to gain unauthorized access.
Impersonating our team or another User, or intentionally spreading false information
Using the Service for any unauthorized purpose.
Posting or transmitting excessively violent expressions, sexually explicit expressions, expressions equivalent to child pornography or child abuse, expressions that lead to discrimination based on race, nationality, creed, gender, social status, family origin, etc., expressions that induce or encourage suicide, self-harm, or drug abuse, or any other expressions that contain antisocial content and make others feel uncomfortable Acts of posting or transmitting expressions that are offensive to others.
Actions to use the Service for the purpose of harassment or slander, for the purpose of meeting or dating an unacquainted person of the opposite sex, or for any other purpose different from the intended purpose of use of the Service.

7.User Responsibility

Users shall use the Service at their own risk, and shall be responsible for all actions taken and results obtained from the Service. Users are responsible for backing up the images they create using the Service.
If a User falls under any of the following or is likely to fall under any of the following, our team may, without prior notice to the User, suspend all or part of the Service, or terminate the contract between the User and our team regarding the Service (including the contract based on these Terms of Use). 5. In addition to (1) through (4) above, if the relationship of trust with the User is lost, or if the Team reasonably determines that the provision of the Service to the User is no longer appropriate.
In the event that our team suffers any direct or indirect damages (including attorneys' fees) as a result of User's use of the Service (including cases in which our team receives a claim from a third party due to User's use of the Service), User shall immediately compensate our team for such damages in accordance with our claim. In the event that the Team suffers any direct or indirect damages (including legal fees) as a result of the User's use of the Service (including claims from third parties arising from the User's use of the Service), the User must immediately compensate the Team for such damages in accordance with the Team's claims.
The Team shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the User as a result of actions taken by the Team in accordance with this Article.

8.Suspension, etc., of the Provision of this Service

Our team reserves the right to suspend or discontinue all or part of the Service without prior notice to the User for any of the following reasons
1. When performing maintenance inspections or updating of computer systems related to this service
2. When it becomes difficult to provide this service due to force majeure such as earthquake, lightning, fire, power outage, or natural disaster
3. When computers or telecommunication lines are stopped due to an accident; or
4. In addition, when our team judges that it is difficult to provide this service.
Our team shall not be liable for any disadvantage or damage incurred by the user or any third party due to the suspension or interruption of the provision of this service.

9.Disclaimer of Warranty and Disclaimer of Liability

Our team does not warrant, expressly or impliedly, that the Services will be free from defects in fact or law (including defects in safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, fitness for a particular purpose, security, etc., errors or bugs, infringement of rights, etc.). Our team is under no obligation to remove such defects and provide the Service to the User.
Our team shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the User arising from the Service, except in cases of intentional or gross negligence on the part of our team. However, if the contract between our team and the User regarding the Service (including these Terms of Use) However, this disclaimer does not apply if the contract between the Team and the User (including this Agreement) is a consumer contract as defined in the Consumer Contract Act.
Even in the case of the proviso of the preceding paragraph, the Team shall not be liable for any default or tortious behavior due to the negligence (excluding gross negligence) of the Team. In no event shall the Team be liable for damages arising out of special circumstances (including cases in which the Team or the User foresaw or could have foreseen the occurrence of damages), or for damages incurred by the User as a result of default by the Team (excluding gross negligence) or in tort. The Team shall not be liable for any damages arising from special circumstances (including damages that the Team or User foresaw or could have foreseen). Our team is not responsible for any transactions, communications, or disputes between the User and other Users or third parties in connection with the Service.

10.Changes in service content, etc.

Our team may change, add, or discontinue the Service with prior notice to the User, and the User agrees to such changes, additions, or discontinuation.

11.Changes to Terms of Use

The Team reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions without requiring the User's individual consent in the following cases
1. When the modification of these Terms of Use conforms to the general interests of the user.
2. When modification of the Terms of Use is not contrary to the purpose of the Service Use Agreement and is reasonable in light of the necessity of the modification, the reasonableness of the modified contents, and other circumstances pertaining to the modification.
When amending the Terms of Use in accordance with the preceding paragraph, the Team will notify the User in advance of the amendment, the content of the amended Terms of Use, and when the amendment will take effect.

12.Prohibition of transfer of rights and obligations

The User may not assign his/her position under the Service Agreement or rights or obligations under this Agreement to a third party or offer them as security without the prior written consent of the Service.

13.Relationship between these Terms and Conditions and Laws and Regulations

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be contrary to the Consumer Contract Act or other laws and regulations applicable to the contract between the User and our team regarding the Service, such provision shall not apply to the contract with the User to that extent. However, this shall not affect the validity of the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

14.Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be written in Japanese and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
Any dispute between you and our team arising out of or in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of our team.
